ITPMAppraise™ is a convenient online, knowledge-level assessment that reflects government standards for IT project management knowledge, based on the combined knowledge areas from the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Interpretive Guidance for Project Managers, the PMBOK® Guide, the Clinger-Cohen Act, and the 2210 series.

Prior to training, ITPMAppraise™ may be used to establish a benchmark of knowledge and determine what specific training is needed. After training, it can be used to analyze learning outcomes and to gather the reporting data that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requires for IT project managers.
