  Associate's Certificate in Business Analysis
 
An Associate’s Certificate demonstrates the holder has acquired a working knowledge of the business analysis process.

Requirements

  Three of the selected courses must be completed within two years.


You must take one or both of the following introductory courses:

  Foundations of Business Analysis*
  How to Gather and Document User Requirements*

*These courses are available in e-training.

At least one course must be taken from the following:

  CBAP® Exam Preparation -- NEW!
  Facilitation Techniques for Requirements Development
  Logical Data Modelling
  Process Modelling Management
  Strategic Enterprise Analysis
  Testing Techniques for Tracing and Validating Requirements
  Use Case Modelling



The remaining course may be taken from the following:

  Managing Projects
  Managing IT Projects
  Project Leadership, Management and Communications
  Negotiation Skills for Project Managers
  Agile Project Management
  Making Effective Presentations: Fundamentals
  Core Business Skills courses
        Budget and Financial Management
        Coaching and Mentoring for Improved Performance
        Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
        Establishing a Business Mindset
        High-Impact Communication
        Taking Charge of Organizational Change

Upon successfully completing the three required courses, you will receive an Associate's Certificate in Business Analysis awarded by ESI and The George Washington University.
